Remote Services Remote Service Support:
This service is provided for Category 1 and 2 Remote Services.  Basic Network functions must be operational to perform Remote Services.  Someone must be available on-site for Remote Services.  Available in the lower 48 (US).  Not recommended on dial-up service.

This service is provided for individual computers functioning on a stand-alone basis.  Including but no limited to; PC installation setup, Operating System and Application loads:

This service is provided for Client/Server, Mini/Main Frame & Embedded Systems, Networks, Integration/functionality and/or a Multiple System Topology. Including but not limited to; Network System Software and Application Integration, PC and Server Network Integration for multi-path Networks and Broadband Services including Peripheral functionality.  Extensive PC Systems/ Software Integration, Network Platform/ Protocols & Extensive Data and Disaster Recovery:

This service is provided for Advanced Client/Server, Mini/Main Frame & Embedded Systems Services; Including but not limited to; Server/Client/Network Integration/functionality on Embedded and/or Multiple System Topology.  Includes Integration of Multi-Path Networks, Broadband services, Client/Server Systems.  Network Recovery & Extensive Data and Disaster Recovery:

** All on-site services are scheduled with an hour arrival window and as a minimum 2 hour appointment.  Upon service completion, types of service may vary or be combined as per the above.  If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. A minimum of 1 hour Category 1 will be charged if no one is available at the time of appointment or if alternate arrangements have not been made.  The service technician will attempt to contact and wait approximately 30 minutes before leaving.  Service technician are instructed to notify clients within 15 minutes of being late as to the estimated time of arrival.

1. You may purchase Contract Support at anytime. Company checks are accepted.
2. Pre-Paid hours expire after the contract period specified.  The billing rate remains constant for the duration of term.  Billing rate for Pre-Paid hours are subject to change after expiration.  Pre-Paid hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Rate adjustments are made on a "economic as needed" basis and do not affect existing contracts.
